Leanne, thank you for your extremely positive feedback, we are very happy that you found the cycle-strips useful and we hope it helps you keep your bike secure against theft.

Hey, I just wanted to say that I got one of your fluorescent strips on my bike today. I looked up the codes and learned how to lock my bike more securely. Thanks for the tips, this scheme is really good!

Hi Henry, thank you for taking your time to investigate the cycle-strip and for getting in touch with the Safer York Partnership. These strips are being attached to bicycles to alert the owners over the dangers of cycle theft in York. Please go to: http://www.saferyork.org.uk/our-priorities/volume-crime/cycle-theft/cycle-strips.php for more information on what the codes mean. Codes B + C indicate that your bike-lock may be poor quality and not used to best effect and this may put your bike at a greater risk of being stolen. If you go to the webpage shown above you may find some useful information on how to secure your bike against any cycle thieves. I hope this is useful to you, Regards, Safer York Partnership

At York Hospital 2 weeks ago, my bike had a yellow tag with the code B+C. What does that mean? I can't find it on your website.
